# Food Info

> Nutrient data for every food, calories, macros, vitamins, and minerals, harmonised from five national food composition datasets (USDA FoodData Central, McCance & Widdowson's CoFID, ANSES Ciqual, DTU Frida, FSANZ AUSNUT) plus Open Food Facts. UK-registered service; Reference Intakes follow EU Reg. 1169/2011 by default with an FDA 2016 toggle for US Daily Values.
